Dispatch 2

I feel like no one really will listen to what I have to say.

Why?

Because it’s all been done before. Because there’s nothing new under the sun. Because most of what’s being sold is just bullshit and regurgitated stuff someone else said.

Why?

I guess it’s not bullshit, but like 95% of what’s out there is all the same stuff.

Why?

Because you never know where someone else is starting from. Because there are some universal truths that have to be established in order to bring people in correctly. Because 80% of people never take action anyway. And of the 20% who do take action, only 20% of that 20% will find success with it. So like 4%

Why?

Because people lose steam. Because they get too busy with their lives. Because they don’t do the work to actually make changes because it’s hard… Or at least feels hard.

Why?

Because of brain entrainment. Circuits that fire together wire together. Because of genetics and epigenetics. Generational trauma is literally wired and coded into us.

Why?

Historical survival? If your grandparents survived being mauled by the tiger or trampled by the giant sloth or being gored by the giant elephant tusk, then it made sense to code that in, and that is certainly a significant part of the reason our species has survived.

G: Why does it feel hard to change it?

J: Because we’re not aware of it? Even when we’re made aware of it, it’s difficult to change because we fall back into the same grooves we’ve traveled before.
G: Why?
J: I don’t know
G: try again. Why do you, Jonathan, fall into grooves, when you do?
J: I don’t know.
G: close your eyes. Breathe. If necessary, sleep. When you wake, we’ll resume.

J: Because most people just want to be comfortable. There’s not much comfort found in the process of growth. And that’s why it’s something people pursue but why most fall short of achieving what they want, or even taking the steps they want. First thing comes along and says “boo!”. And they revert to a scared place inside (neural or chemical pathways) and run back to comfort.
G: what would need to shift for them to shift?
J: the priority being joy, rather than just comfort. The priority being love and fullness of life rather than fear.
G: what’s the easiest way to know joy?
J: to see someone else experiencing joy. And that’s what the foot tickling videos are about? Sharing joy?
G: you tell me.
J: I wouldn’t say it’s joy for me to experience, but it does bring me joy to know that it brings other people laughter and joy.
G: continue…
J: even when I think it’s weird, now knowing that it’s a fetishist thing and that some people are also getting that experience from it.
G: you know what they do with your resonance, when your Intent is integrity, trust, and care, has nothing to do with you, right?
J: but I am responsible for what I create.
G: but are you responsible for what others do with what you create?
J: I’m now realizing (thank you for the question) that I tend to think that if they do “good” things with what I create, then the credit goes to them, but if they do “bad” things with what I create, then I’m responsible.
G: why?
J: I don’t know.
G: you do realize that’s two sides of the same coin that you’re making into different coins
J: well, I do now.
G: so why are you doing this as a reason to not do the things you feel resonance with, and that clearly resonate outward from you when you live in them? You give them all the credit when you think you’re a catalyst for “good” but take all the responsibility when you think you are a catalyst for “bad”? That sounds like a lot of pressure and maybe also ego at play? I mean that lovingly…
J: so I should just not care about the results of the information I put out?
G: Intent.
J: what?
G: I have given you the true definition of Intention. If you raise your score for Intention on any matter, then *should* is irrelevant. I don’t deal in “should” and “shouldn’t”. Shoulda, woulda, coulda are a human creation from free will, which is ok, but it’s not what could be considered a true or pure form of Intention.
